Bitget Hackers Make Off with $357 Million in Crypto Assets

An attack on Bitget has resulted in the theft of approximately $356.86 million in crypto assets.

The stolen funds include 102,926,478 XRP and 31,890 Ether (ETH), as well as Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and other cryptocurrencies.

Most of the stolen ETH was exchanged for other assets on Ethereum Virtual Machine networks, with 67,982 units valued at about $183 million being converted. This represents roughly half of the total assets involved in the heist.
