A recent review by CoinDesk has discovered that wallets linked to Bitget's massive $387.5 million hack have moved approximately $3.9 million into Zcash's private pool, known as Ironwood.

The funds were transferred in three separate transactions between 08:15 and 08:46 UTC on an unspecified date, with a total of 2,746 ZEC entering the shielded pool.

The use of Ironwood makes it more difficult to track the stolen funds, as transaction details are hidden once they enter the pool.

Investigator ZachXBT first flagged the movements on Wednesday, and CoinDesk found that the funds had passed through two intermediary addresses funded by a wallet identified as the attacker's.
