Citing customer safety, Bitget has temporarily halted withdrawals for additional security checks while continuing to operate trading and deposits.
The company's CEO Gracy Chen emphasized that customer balances remain secure, with assets covered by the Bitget User Protection Fund, which currently holds approximately $464 million in BTC.
