Bitget Leads in Monthly Proof of Reserves Reporting
Major cryptocurrency exchanges have varying proof-of-reserves (PoR) reporting frequencies. Bitget, for example, publishes reserve data every month since December 2022, with its latest report showing a 135% total reserve ratio across 19 covered assets.
The company uses an open-source Merkle validation tool to allow users to verify their own inclusion in the snapshot. This process provides customers with a clear and recurring transparency record among major global exchanges.
Coinbase, on the other hand, follows a different model as a U.S.-listed public company. It publishes quarterly SEC filings and annual audited financial statements covering its broader company balance sheet.
