Bitget Pioneers Retail Trade in AI Infrastructure with GPU Compute Perpetuals
Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has made history by launching H100USDT and B200USDT Pre-Market compute Perpetuals. These contracts track the hourly rental cost of NVIDIA H100 and B200 GPU compute, giving users a new way to trade on the emerging market for AI infrastructure.
The launch marks a retail industry first for perpetual contracts linked to GPU rental-price indices. The contracts are quoted against indices expressed in USD per GPU-hour and settled in USDT, with leverage of up to 10x available. This allows traders to take a view on changes in compute prices without purchasing GPUs or entering cloud rental agreements.
Bitget's CEO Gracy Chen said that AI has created enormous demand for chips, data centers, and energy, making computing capacity an increasingly important part of the digital economy. The launch expands the range of markets available through Bitget's Universal Exchange model, which already offers access to over 2M crypto tokens, 500+ tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, FX, and precious metals.
The introduction of GPU compute perpetuals brings a new economic driver into the mix, giving traders exposure to the infrastructure powering AI. This is in line with Bitget's ambition to give users access to established markets and emerging opportunities within the same trading environment.
