Bitget Reopens Bitcoin Withdrawals Amid Large Outflow

Bitget, a centralized cryptocurrency exchange, has reopened Bitcoin withdrawals following a temporary pause due to a security incident.

The exchange had halted withdrawals as a precautionary measure, assuring users that their balances remained unaffected and deposits continued uninterrupted.

Within the first hour of reopening BTC withdrawals, 3,326 BTC left the platform, according to data from CryptoQuant.

The phased reopening prioritizes Bitcoin, with plans for other assets to follow later in the week.
