Bitget has announced that it will resume withdrawals in stages starting September 28, following a security incident on September 24. The exchange said its technical team had identified and fixed the vulnerabilities tied to the incident, with the help of Mandiant, a cybersecurity firm owned by Google, and blockchain security company SlowMist.

The withdrawal schedule is as follows: Bitcoin withdrawals will resume at 08:00 UTC on September 28, while Ether and USDT withdrawals are set for September 29 and September 30, respectively. Other tokens, fiat currency services, and peer-to-peer transactions will be available from October 2.

Bitget emphasized that users do not need to take any action before withdrawals resume and should rely on notices from the platform and its official channels for confirmation of each service's availability. The exchange has also stated that customer account balances remain accurate, despite a reported loss of $387.5 million in assets.
