Bitget's BitMine Immersion experienced a surge on September 17th, according to the company's latest data. The platform now holds approximately $15.8 billion in digital assets, cash, and related assets. This amount includes nearly 5.9 million ETH, accounting for about 4.9% of Ethereum's total supply.

The company increased its ETH holdings by 27,180 over the past week, moving closer to its goal of holding 5% of Ethereum's total supply. BitMine Immersion also has around 5.07 million ETH staked, with an expected annualized staking income of about $334 million.

The company's main businesses include institutional digital asset staking and validation, Bitcoin mining, and digital asset management.
