BitGo Appoints Seasoned Compliance Expert as New Chief Compliance Officer

BitGo Holdings, Inc., a digital asset infrastructure company, has appointed Alex Rozman as its new Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Rozman will lead BitGo's global compliance and financial crime programs, engaging with regulators, examiners, and banking authorities across the company's legal entities worldwide.

A seasoned risk, legal, and compliance executive with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Rozman has built scalable anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance frameworks in traditional banking, market utilities, and digital assets. He joins BitGo from Exodus Movement, Inc., where he served as Chief Compliance Officer since May 2024.
