BitGo Bolsters Compliance with 25-Year Veteran Alex Rozman

BitGo has announced the appointment of Alex Rozman as its new Chief Compliance Officer, effective September 21, 2026. With over 25 years of experience in compliance, Rozman brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

Rozman joins BitGo from Exodus Movement, Inc., where he served as Chief Compliance Officer since May 2024. Prior to that, he held compliance positions at Polygon Technology and CLS Bank International.

The hire is seen as crucial for BitGo, which has been expanding its regulatory footprint. The company holds an OCC national bank charter, a BaFin MiCAR license in Germany, and other licenses from various regulatory bodies.

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe framed the hire as essential to maintaining a proactive posture on evolving rules, citing Rozman's expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
