Bitmain Bundles Mining Rigs with Hydro-Cooling Systems for Dual-Use Heating

Bitmain is launching spot sales of its ANTRACK AR1903 and AR1904 hydro-cooling systems bundled with ANTMINER S19 XP Hyd bitcoin mining rigs. The bundles combine computing power with hot-water output for heating, allowing for a dual-use approach to mining infrastructure.

The company's LinkedIn post highlights that both AR1903 and AR1904 packages deliver a total hashrate of 1,028T. The AR1903 package consumes 24 kW of power and produces water at 50°C, while the AR1904 package consumes 32 kW of power and produces water at 80°C.

The pricing for these bundles is $3,916 for the AR1903 package and $9,916 for the AR1904 package. Sales will start on September 21 at 9:00 a.m. ET, with shipping timelines of up to one month.

Bitmain's dual focus on computing power and thermal output may indicate that it is targeting customers in colder regions or facilities looking to offset heating costs, potentially expanding its addressable market.
