Bitmine Immersion Surpasses 6 Million ETH Milestone in Ethereum Holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) reported a significant milestone in its Ethereum holdings, surpassing the 6 million ETH threshold. The company acquired an additional 17,362 ETH in the previous week, bringing its total reserves to 6,001,302 ETH as of September 27.

The current ether holdings are valued at approximately $16.1 billion, contributing to a total portfolio worth $17.2 billion. Bitmine's ETH position represents nearly 5% of Ethereum's available supply, achieving 98% of its strategic objective.

However, shares of BMNR declined approximately 3% while ether prices hovered around $2,679. Chairman Tom Lee characterized the achievement as a major victory for the organization and emphasized that this substantial position was accumulated in fewer than 15 months.
