Bitmine Nears 5% Ethereum Supply Target with $16 Billion in Holdings

Bitmine has made significant strides in its Ethereum holdings, increasing them to 5,983,940 ETH. This puts the company within reach of its goal of controlling 5% of Ethereum's circulating supply.

The latest addition to Bitmine's Ethereum position was 27,562 ETH worth approximately $75 million, added since September 14. The total value of Bitmine's Ethereum holdings is now estimated at $16.3 billion.

Ethereum's circulating supply stands at around 122.1 million ETH, with Bitmine's holdings representing more than 4.9% of the supply.
