Bitmine Reaches 6.02 Million ETH Holdings Valued at $17.4 Billion
Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced that its Ethereum (ETH) holdings have reached 6.02 million tokens, representing 4.9% of the total ETH supply. The company's total crypto, cash, and marketable securities holdings now amount to $17.4 billion. This includes 6.02 million ETH tokens, $643 million in cash and marketable securities, and additional crypto holdings. Notably, Bitmine has staked 5.07 million ETH, valued at $13.8 billion at the current price of $2,726 per ETH.
Tom Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, highlighted the company's consistent ETH accumulation strategy, noting that Bitmine has bought ETH every week since the inception of its ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025. Lee also pointed out that Bitmine's share price has outperformed ETH during the bear market of 2025-2026, with ETH declining 10% while BMNR was down by just 3%. This outperformance is attributed to the company's commitment to optimizing shareholder returns, including executing the largest ever crypto treasury equity buyback.
Bitmine's institutional-grade staking platform, MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network), has expanded to serve institutional investors, custodians, and ecosystem partners. The company's staking operations generated a 7-day yield of 2.63%, with annualized staking revenues projected at $363 million. Bitmine remains the largest ETH treasury in the world, ahead of Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), which owns 847,666 Bitcoin (BTC) valued at approximately $78 billion.
Tom Lee will deliver the keynote at Token2049 in Singapore on October 7, 2026. The company also announced that it will release the latest Chairman's Message for October 2026 this week, titled 'Crypto bull underway, this cycle likely the largest.' Bitmine's stock is one of the most widely traded in the US, with an average daily dollar volume of $827 million as of October 2, 2026.
