Bitmine Reaches 6.02 Million ETH Holdings Valued at $17.4 Billion
Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced a significant milestone in its crypto holdings, reaching a total of 6.02 million ETH tokens. As of October 4, 2026, the company’s crypto and cash holdings, including ‘moonshots,’ amount to $17.4 billion. This includes 6,016,414 ETH tokens, 214 Bitcoin (BTC), a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $117 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and total cash and marketable securities of $643 million.
The company’s ETH holdings represent 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 122.1 million tokens. Bitmine is now 99% of the way to achieving its ‘Alchemy of 5%’ goal, which aims to acquire 5% of the total ETH supply. Thomas ‘Tom’ Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, highlighted the company’s outperformance during the 2025-2026 bear market, noting that BMNR’s share price declined by only 3% while ETH dropped by 10%.
Bitmine has also staked 5,067,309 ETH, valued at $13.8 billion at $2,726 per ETH. The company’s MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network) platform is a premier Ethereum staking destination for institutional investors. Annualized staking revenues are projected at $363 million, with Bitmine’s own staking operations generating a 7-day yield of 2.63%.
Bitmine remains supported by a group of institutional investors, including ARK’s Cathie Wood, MOZAYYX, Founders Fund, Bill Miller III, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital, and Tom Lee. The company was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026, and its Series A Preferred Stock is trading on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP. Tom Lee will also deliver the keynote at Token2049 in Singapore on October 7, 2026.
