Bitmine Reaches 6.02 Million ETH Holdings with $17.4 Billion in Total Assets
Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced that its Ethereum (ETH) holdings have reached 6.02 million tokens, representing 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 122.1 million. The company's total crypto, cash, and marketable securities holdings now stand at $17.4 billion, including $643 million in cash and marketable securities. Bitmine's ETH holdings are valued at approximately $13.8 billion at the current price of $2,726 per ETH.
The company has made significant strides in its Ethereum staking operations, with 5,067,309 ETH staked through its MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network) platform. This staking activity is projected to generate annualized revenues of $363 million, with an annualized yield of 2.63%. Bitmine's consistent buying of ETH since the inception of its ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025, has positioned it as the largest ETH treasury in the world.
Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee highlighted the company's outperformance of ETH during the bear market of 2025-2026, noting that BMNR's share price declined by only 3% compared to ETH's 10% decline. Lee also emphasized Bitmine's commitment to optimizing shareholder returns, including the largest ever crypto treasury equity buyback, acquiring 21 million shares in 2026. He will deliver the keynote at the Token2049 conference in Singapore on October 7, 2026.
Bitmine's portfolio includes other significant holdings, such as $117 million in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) and $180 million in Beast Industries, which are considered 'moonshots'. The company remains supported by a group of institutional investors, including ARK's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, and Thomas 'Tom' Lee, as it continues its goal of acquiring 5% of the total ETH supply.
