Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced that its holdings of Ethereum (ETH) have reached 6.06 million tokens. This positions the company as the owner of 4.9% of the total ETH supply, which currently stands at 122.2 million tokens.
The company also reported that its total crypto and cash holdings, including marketable securities, have reached $14.5 billion. Bitmine highlighted six reasons why a recent theft from Binance could be seen as a sign of strength for the crypto industry.
In a notable milestone, Bitmine is now 99% of the way to achieving its 'Alchemy of 5%' goal, a target it aims to reach in just 15 months. The company's rapid accumulation of ETH reflects its strategic focus on expanding its crypto asset portfolio.
