BitMine Stock Set for Boost as Ethereum Buying Process Nears Completion
BitMine's stock has been experiencing some softness in recent days, dropping to $26.43 after reaching a high of $28.76 last month. However, this might be the calm before the storm, with a larger move possible in the coming weeks.
The company is nearing completion of its Ethereum buying process, having already staked over 5.1 million tokens and earning significant revenue. When it reaches its target, dilution will slow down, and ETH staking intensity will increase.
Tom Lee estimates that BitMine's annualized staking revenue could reach $358 million, with a potential of up to $424 million when all tokens are staked. The company's business model relies heavily on staking revenue, making it a significant contributor to its bottom line.
