BitMine Surpasses $15B in Assets as Ethereum Staking Spree Continues Unabated

BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has continued its massive Ethereum (ETH) buying spree, adding 28,086 tokens over the past week to bring its total holdings to 5.93 million ETH.

This represents a value of $14.8 billion and accounts for 4.9% of the total ETH supply, with BitMine closing in on its goal of owning 5% of all ETH, dubbed 'the Alchemy of 5%.'

The company marked its ETH at $2,495 per token, according to Coinbase, which is little changed from the previous week's value.

BitMine's treasury also includes cash and marketable securities worth $593 million, as well as a significant stake in Beast Industries, valued at $180 million.
