Bitmine Surpasses 5.8 Million ETH Holdings, Touts $14.9 Billion Crypto Portfolio

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced that its ETH holdings have reached 5.85 million tokens, accounting for 4.8% of the total ETH coin supply of 120.7 million.

The company's crypto and cash holdings now stand at $14.9 billion, with a significant portion staked on its institutional-grade platform, MAVAN.

According to Thomas 'Tom' Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, this recent surge in ETH is similar to previous instances where the cryptocurrency gained 30% or more in a single week, which was followed by subsequent gains of +170% and +167%, respectively.

Lee emphasized that the current market conditions are favorable for crypto, citing easing financial conditions and growing demand from institutional investors.
