Bitnomial Certifies Ondo US Dollar Futures, Expands Regulated Crypto Options
Bitnomial has certified an Ondo US dollar futures product on its platform, according to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's database. The certification was dated October 1 and classified as a futures product under the financial-instrument category.
This move is significant as it adds another crypto-linked contract to Bitnomial's regulated US derivatives pipeline. Ondo joins a growing list of digital assets being wrapped into products on regulated US derivatives venues.
Bitnomial has expanded its role since Kraken parent Payward acquired the platform and began using its regulated stack for US derivatives products. The exchange structure matters as it widens the regulated menu beyond the largest assets, providing more options for professional traders to hedge or express a directional view without leaving a regulated venue.
