Bittensor's TAO Surges 45%, Traders Eye $250-$270 Target
TAO, an artificial intelligence-linked blockchain project, has seen significant price growth in recent hours. According to data from TradingView, TAO has surged by over 45% within a 24-hour period, following its reaction off a key support level on the chart between $211.7 and $215.4.
This level has historically acted as a catalyst for major rallies on two separate occasions, with an average gain of 25.33%. If TAO repeats this pattern, it could see further gains towards $250-$270.
However, indicator analysis suggests that demand is not yet fully supporting the rally. The Bull Bear Power indicator shows that bulls are more dominant in the market, but the histogram remains in the red, indicating ongoing selling pressure. The Money Flow Index (MFI) has also dropped to around 52.88 and is trending downward.
Furthermore, Spot and perpetual flows indicate caution, with a positive netflow of $24,520 over the past 24 hours, but a negative Funding Rate of -0.0006% at the time of writing. This suggests that investors are taking on more short positions than long positions.
