Bittensor's TAO token surged past $300 on Tuesday, gaining roughly 19% in 24 hours and about 37% over the week. This move led a broad rally across AI-linked cryptocurrencies, with no single news catalyst driving the advance.

The technical breakouts, positive funding rates, and capital rotation back into AI tokens as Bitcoin held above $85,000 all contributed to the surge. Analyst Michaël van de Poppe sees a target range of $360 to $380 if the structure holds.

Despite the strength of the move, short-term risks are accumulating. The daily relative strength index reads near 74, deep in overbought territory, and a bearish divergence has already appeared on the hourly chart.
