Bitwise Launches First US Spot NEAR ETF with Built-In Staking Yield
Bitwise Asset Management has launched the Bitwise NEAR ETF (NRR), the first US spot exchange-traded product tied to NEAR Protocol.
The fund will track NEAR's spot price while reflecting an annual staking reward rate of about 5%, with an annual management fee of 0.75%.
Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan said NRR gives investors a way to access the growth potential of AI-agent payment and trading infrastructure, as NEAR's transaction protocol has surpassed $32 billion in cumulative transaction volume.
