Bitwise Asset Management has partnered with Hargreaves Lansdown to offer Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded products (ETPs) in the UK. This move follows the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) decision in October 2025 to lift its ban on retail access to crypto-backed ETPs.

The partnership brings Bitwise's four Bitcoin and Ethereum ETPs, originally listed on the London Stock Exchange in April 2025, to Hargreaves Lansdown's platform. The move is significant as it will provide retail investors with access to these products for the first time.

Bitwise has reduced the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of its Core Bitcoin ETP (BTC1) by 75%, making it one of the cheapest Bitcoin ETPs available in Europe, at just 0.05%.
