Bitwise Unveils Automated Token Portfolios for Non-US Users
Bitwise Asset Management has launched Automated Token Portfolios (ATPs) for eligible non-US users. This product allows investors to replicate institutionally designed model portfolios built from Coinbase's tokenized US stocks, all while keeping assets in their own self-custodial wallets.
The initial lineup includes three thematic portfolios: Mag7X ATP, which bundles the usual mega-cap tech suspects; a Robotics ATP that leans into automation plays; and an AI Leaders ATP that concentrates on artificial intelligence supply chain companies. Each portfolio uses equal-weighted exposure rather than market-cap weighting, and includes automatic rebalancing.
The custody angle matters because the ATPs don't create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between Bitwise and the investor. Users hold their own tokens in their own wallets, which are backed 1:1 by real shares held in regulated custody under the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) framework.
