Bitwise's Solana Staking ETF Tops $1B Assets in Record Time
Bitwise's Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) has reached a milestone of $1 billion in assets, just nine months after its launch in October 2025. The fund holds 9.33 million SOL tokens and has an impressive 96% of assets staked, earning a net reward rate of 5.80%. Despite the decline in SOL's price during early 2026, BSOL attracted significant investor inflows, with most of the $1.7 billion cumulative inflows in the Solana fund category.
One key factor contributing to BSOL's success is its structure, which allows staking rewards to increase holdings rather than distributing cash. This approach has helped the fund remain dominant in the U.S. market, benefiting from early market entry and a low management fee of 0.20%. The strong investor inflows have also been driven by sustained interest in Solana's governance vote, which could reduce future token supply.
