BlackRock Alum Sees Crypto Market Capitalization Soaring to $6T-$12T

A former vice president at BlackRock has made some bold predictions about the future of the cryptocurrency market. John Gillen, in an interview, suggested that the total market capitalization could reach $6 trillion to $12 trillion, but only if there is a confirmed bull market and the prices clear long-term resistance levels.

Gillen emphasized that this scenario would require the market to break above historical five-year resistance levels and hold above them. He also mentioned that the eventual outcome could be anywhere within this range.

The current total crypto market capitalization is $2.89 trillion, down 1%, and liquidations have risen more than 34%. A market capitalization of $10 trillion would be more than three times the current level.
