BlackRock and Fidelity Fuel Record US Spot ETF Inflows for Bitcoin
Despite Bitcoin's choppy price action over the past eight days through September 29, institutional investors BlackRock and Fidelity have driven significant inflows into US spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The net cash inflow for these ETFs reached $2.39 billion on September 25, according to data from SoSoValue.
This marks the largest weekly cash inflow since the October 10, 2025 crypto crash, when a similar amount of $2.71 billion was recorded.
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) saw a net cash inflow of $1.16 billion last week and $54.84 million on Monday, increasing its total assets to around $66.85 billion.
Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), however, experienced an outflow of $10.90 million on Monday after recording a net cash inflow of $701.68 million the previous week.
