The BlackRock HKD Digital Liquidity Fund, a Hong Kong dollar-denominated money market fund (MMF), will be available to both individual and institutional investors.

The fund invests in high-quality short-term financial instruments, including government treasury bills and deposits, all denominated in Hong Kong dollars. Investors can access the fund through either traditional or on-chain channels.

Stablecoin HKDAP, issued by Anchorpoint Financial and licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), will be used for subscription and redemption purposes. HKDAP is currently in beta testing and only available to corporate and professional investors.
