BlackRock Vet Sees Crypto Market Cap Hit $10 Trillion

A former BlackRock executive predicts the total crypto market capitalization could reach $10 trillion this cycle. John Gillen, known on X as 'BitcoinJesusETH', made his prediction in a recent interview on the podcast Milk Road.

Gillen believes that for the market to hit new highs, growth must be reflected in the overall performance of cryptocurrencies. He expects between $2 trillion and $10 trillion to be added to the total market cap in a short order, which he described as 'a massive altcoin season.'

He also emphasized the importance of confirming a bull market, which would allow the market to move directionally from $3 trillion to $10 trillion. Gillen noted that once key historical resistance levels are cleared and broken out higher, 'you would see a very wild, explosive, and euphoric bull run in crypto.'
