BlackRock's Bitcoin investment product has experienced another round of client redemptions. The iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) saw $33.4 million in outflows, a relatively modest amount compared to larger sell-offs in late 2025.

This latest redemption follows two significant institutional sell-offs: $127 million in November and $251 million in December. According to the source, these redemptions are not indicative of a loss of confidence by BlackRock, but rather profit-taking and portfolio rebalancing.

BlackRock maintains its long-term commitment to digital assets despite short-term fluctuations in client holdings.
