BlackRock's Ethereum Holdings Surge to Over $8.7 Billion

BlackRock's Ethereum holdings have seen significant growth over the past 20 days, accumulating $1.57 billion in ETH through its two exchange-traded funds (ETHA and ETHB).

The majority of this increase came from the ETHA fund, which received approximately $1.27 billion during the analyzed period due to consistent capital inflows across multiple consecutive trading days.

The ETHB fund also recorded inflows of around $296.5 million over the same timeframe, with no single day of net outflows despite price volatility in the market.

This growth has led BlackRock to control around 3.56 million ETH, valued at approximately $8.69 billion, making it one of the largest institutional holders of Ethereum.
