Blockchain.com and NYSE Unite for 24/7 Tokenized Stock Access

Share

Blockchain.com and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) have formed an alliance to test 24/7 access to tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This partnership aims to connect Blockchain.com's user base with NYSE's digital trading venue, which will support continuous trading and on-chain settlement.

The proposed system would enable users to trade traditional stocks in real-time, similar to the crypto market. With an estimated tens of millions of potential users, Blockchain.com already has over 44 million accounts.

The partnership also establishes a two-way data flow between the crypto and traditional finance sectors. ICE Data Services will provide Blockchain.com with crypto market data and analytics, while Blockchain.com will integrate NYSE exchange data into its application.
