Blockchain.com Group Holdings is reportedly eyeing an initial public offering (IPO) in 2026, targeting a valuation of $4B-$6B. According to sources familiar with the matter, the company is looking to raise around $500M through the IPO.

The news comes as Bitcoin BTC prices have rebounded from their July lows. The size of the capital raise could be reduced, the sources reportedly said. In May, Blockchain.com announced the confidential submission of a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to the proposed IPO.

The company's IPO plans are notable as it comes amidst other major players in the crypto industry also seeking to go public. Kraken parent Payward is reportedly also looking to go public, but its IPO may not arrive until 2027.
