Blockchain.com Targets $500M IPO at Up to $6B Valuation

Blockchain.com is planning to list on the public markets through an initial public offering (IPO), targeting $500 million at a valuation of up to $6 billion. This comes after the company's peak valuation in 2022, which reached $14 billion.

The proposed IPO would put Blockchain.com at roughly 29% to 43% of its former valuation, reflecting the significant change in private-market valuations for crypto companies since the last major bull-market cycle.

Blockchain.com has a diverse business model that spans wallets, brokerage services, crypto infrastructure, and tokenized-stock products. The company has already processed over $1.1 trillion in crypto transactions and operates more than 95 million wallets with over 43 million verified accounts.
