Blockdaemon Joins Cosmos Partner Network to Simplify Institutional Tokenization
Blockdaemon, a blockchain infrastructure provider, has joined the Cosmos Partner Network, a group of 17 companies working to simplify the adoption of tokenization and digital assets by financial institutions. The partnership comes as institutional demand for blockchain infrastructure continues to grow, with Blockdaemon securing over $110 billion in digital assets for over 400 institutional customers.
The Cosmos Partner Network aims to reduce the complexity involved in assembling multiple technology providers for financial institutions to develop tokenized financial products. Blockdaemon's inclusion brings institutional-grade blockchain connectivity and digital-asset infrastructure to the network, which covers nodes, APIs, staking, and institutional wallet services.
The partnership could help banks and other financial institutions combine Cosmos' tokenization and ledger capabilities with Blockdaemon's established infrastructure, making it easier to deploy digital-asset products without assembling separate technology stacks from scratch.
Institutional adoption of blockchain technology remains at an early stage, with only a small portion of major global banks currently having live tokenized-deposit capabilities. However, the partnership could support broader adoption of on-chain finance and create new opportunities for banks, developers, and enterprise technology providers.
