Blockmate Ventures has taken a significant step forward in its Wyoming AI data centre project by submitting a zoning and rezoning application for approximately 40 acres. This land could potentially support a facility of up to around 200 MW, pending regulatory and technical approvals.

The company is also exploring additional projects in the US, Canada, and Australia, signaling a diversification strategy beyond its current development. Blockmate Ventures targets infrastructure-backed products that generate long-term revenue and shareholder value across North America and Australia.

Investee company Hivello has launched a Bitcoin cloud mining product allowing customers to access mining without owning hardware. The plan is to extend this model to GPU and AI compute services, with the goal of creating a complementary distribution platform for infrastructure-backed offerings.
