Blockworks has released its fifth batch of B-1 filings under its Token Transparency Framework (TTF), bringing the total number of disclosures to over 161. The initiative, which launched in June 2025, aims to bring structure to the chaos of token launches by providing standardized information about a token's economics, governance structure, allocation strategy, and risk profile.

The TTF is built around the premise that investors deserve to know what they're buying, and each B-1 filing is a one-time disclosure document. As of early September 2026, the framework includes 105 B-1 filings among its 161 total disclosures. The previous batch brought filings for tokens including ASI, CHZ, COMP, AKE, HBAR, KAITO, MANTRA, RAIN, WLFI, and WLD.

The system is notable because Blockworks compiles filings even when issuers don't participate directly, creating a baseline record regardless of the project team's participation. The framework also includes a second filing type, the B-2, designed for more mature protocols that have already established track records. This two-tier system creates a distinction between newly launching tokens and projects with operational history, giving investors different lenses for different stages of development.

Blockworks introduced RapidFile in August 2026, a tool that automates parts of the submission process for issuers who actually want to file their own disclosures. The TTF dashboard now hosts a mix of issuer-filed and Blockworks-compiled entries, with an issuer-filed disclosure carrying more weight as it is vouched for by the project itself.

The Transparency Alliance, a coalition supporting the framework, distributes these filings to institutional investors and analysts. Blockworks has been in conversation with both the SEC and CFTC regarding the TTF since at least July 2026, and the framework operates outside the formal regulatory perimeter.
