Bloomberg Introduces Real-Time Stablecoin Analytics Inside Terminal
Bloomberg has launched a stablecoin analytics dashboard inside its Terminal, aiming to bring on-chain visibility to traditional market data workflows. The tool is powered by blockchain data platform Allium and tracks supply, issuance, and transaction activity in real-time.
The dashboard focuses on stablecoins with over $100 million in circulation, representing more than 98% of the stablecoin market by supply. Users can compare stablecoins using metrics such as transfer volume and velocity, and analyze activity by blockchain network and peg type.
The launch arrives amid continued growth in stablecoin supply, with DeFiLlama data indicating a total market capitalization above $306 billion. Tether's USDT accounts for roughly 60% of that total, according to Bloomberg.
