Bloomberg Unveils Stablecoin Dashboard on Terminal
Bloomberg has launched a stablecoin dashboard on the Bloomberg Terminal, powered by data from Allium, a leading blockchain data platform for enterprises. This new feature gives market participants onchain stablecoin data alongside traditional finance tools, such as fixed income, FX, and money market tools. The dashboard covers every stablecoin with more than $100 million in circulating supply, which collectively represents more than 98% of the market.
The default view compares covered stablecoins side by side on supply, mints, burns, transfer volume, and velocity, with current data updated hourly and historical series updated daily. Users can drill into individual stablecoins to see activity across different blockchain networks, switch the view to analyze activity by network, or filter assets by peg type, including fiat currencies, commodities, and other stablecoins.
This collaboration with Allium marks a meaningful expansion of Bloomberg's onchain data capabilities, bringing blockchain-native data into the Terminal and integrating it within the workflows institutional investors already use. Matthew Parkinson, Global Head of Digital Assets Product at Bloomberg, said, 'Stablecoins are becoming an increasingly important part of institutional digital asset markets, particularly as firms explore how cash and assets can move within tokenized financial infrastructure.'
