BNB Chain Unveils v2 of AI-Powered BNB Agent Studio
BNB Chain has released version 2 of its BNB Agent Studio, a set of tools for building and monetizing AI agents on its blockchain. The update introduces key features that make it easier for developers to earn directly on-chain and build with broader language support.
The new features include the ability for agents to charge for services with payments settling end-to-end via the x402 interface and ERC-8183 standards. Developers can now configure agents to set prices to zero, allowing them to scale usage before monetization kicks in.
BNB Agent Studio was previously limited to Python, but v2 introduces support for TypeScript, a staple for Web3 frontend and full-stack projects. This move could significantly broaden the Studio's user base.
The update also simplifies testing by eliminating manual wallet funding and faucet requests through the introduction of a Paymaster feature that covers gas fees for testnet deployments.
