BNB Price Hikes, But Analysts Warn of Overextended Market
The price of BNB has been steadily increasing, reaching $591.84 as of July 31st. While this may seem like a positive trend, the technical analysis suggests that it's more likely a corrective bounce rather than a genuine trend reversal.
The 200-day SMA is sitting at $644.97, and every point between here and there is contested territory. The short-term structure is constructively bullish, with all three near-term moving averages clustered tightly between $573 and $577, acting as a unified base that price has convincingly separated from.
However, the extension of this trend is problematic, as BNB has already punched through its Bollinger Band upper at $588.34, registering a %B of 1.12, and stochastics are cooking in the high 80s. Spot taker flows confirm genuine aggression, but the MACD histogram has printed exactly zero.
The key levels to watch are immediate resistance at $600.42, strong resistance anchors at $609.01, and a sustained daily close above $609 with expanding volume would reopen the road to the 200 SMA at $644.97. On the downside, the pivot at $587.42 is the first structural marker to watch on any intraday fade.
