Boyaa Interactive's Bitcoin Holdings Soar Past HK$3 Billion
Boyaa Interactive's Bitcoin holdings have surged past HK$3 billion after the company announced another round of purchases. On the evening of the 21st, Boyaa Interactive revealed that it had bought approximately 152 Bitcoin on the open market over the past week for a total consideration of around HK$90.63 million. The average cost per coin came out to be around $75,899.
The company's cumulative holdings now stand at around 4,468 Bitcoin, with an average holding cost reduced to approximately $68,543 per coin. This latest purchase was funded by idle cash reserves generated from business operations.
Following the announcement, Boyaa Interactive's shares opened 4.01% higher on the 22nd and extended gains throughout the session, reaching an intraday high of HK$3.495, up 12.02%, with turnover of approximately HK$9.277 million.
