Breez Glow App Brings Passkeys and Stablecoins to Bitcoin Wallets

The new Breez Glow app is bringing Passkeys and stablecoins to Bitcoin wallets. Developed in partnership with Bitcoin Spark, Glow allows users to send stablecoins from their Bitcoin balance while empowering developers to build better user experiences without worrying about asset exchange or Lightning payments.

Breez's SDK takes care of these difficult tasks in the background, supporting native Lightning payments through its Spark integration. The company claims that this combination of partnerships and technologies means 'Bitcoin has finally crossed a threshold'.

The Glow app re-invents the Bitcoin wallet experience by leveraging Passkey standard, which eliminates the need for passwords and passphrases. Users can access the app on both Apple and Android app stores.
