BTC, ETH, and XRP Technical Analysis: Resistance Levels in Focus
Bitcoin (BTC) is holding steady above its key averages at $76,770 as it continues to rebound. The price remains firmly above the 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs), which are grouped between approximately $71,600 and $73,824. These moving averages act as an important technical floor.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) sits at 52, having retreated from earlier overbought levels back into a neutral zone. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator remains in negative territory, although its downside profile is contracting, signaling that bearish pressure is easing rather than indicating a decisive upside trend shift.
On the resistance side, the next prominent ceiling is a horizontal level at $84,410, where prior selling interest could reappear if the advance continues. Support is initially anticipated near the 50-day EMA at $73,824, backed by the 200-day EMA at $73,228 and the 100-day EMA at $71,600.
Ethereum (ETH) trades near $2,456 on Friday, preserving a broadly bullish near-term structure as it stays comfortably above its 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day EMAs. The RSI reads 54, having cooled from previous overbought levels and now reflecting neutral conditions.
XRP hovers at $1.305, just above $1.300 support, constrained by the 200-day EMA at $1.352 and facing distant resistance near $1.900.
