BTC Price Rebounds Above $78K After Mid-Week Slump
Bitcoin's price recovery continues into the weekend, having reclaimed $78K after a dip below $77,000 on Friday.
The cryptocurrency had previously surged from under $65,000 to $80,000 in mid-month but was halted at first and slipped below $75,500 last weekend.
However, the bulls returned during the business week, pushing it beyond $80,000 and even $81,000 on a couple of occasions. The price has since retraced hard on Friday to under $77,000 following Kevin Warsh's hawkish speech at Jackson Hole.
The cryptocurrency has managed to reclaim some ground since then, rising above $77,000 yesterday and up to $78,150 as of press time on Sunday morning.
