BTCC Launches Trust Center on 15th Anniversary
BTCC, the oldest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, has launched a refreshed Trust Center as part of its 15th anniversary celebrations. Alex Hung, Head of Operations, emphasized that security has always been the cornerstone of BTCC's success. Unlike other exchanges that focus on fees and product listings, BTCC has prioritized resilience, navigating bull and bear markets, volatility, and regulatory changes. Hung stated, "Any exchange can be built to grow. The harder thing to build is the resilience to last."
The Trust Center highlights BTCC's security measures, including multi-signature cold storage, 1:1 asset storage, and 24/7 AML controls. The exchange also partners with CertiK, Chainalysis, Forter, and SEON for independent audits. BTCC maintains a 100% reserve ratio and a $25.5 million Risk Reserve Fund, with no hacker thefts since its founding in 2011.
BTCC's 0-Barrier Trading theme includes 0 Panic, 0 Fees, 0 Distance, and 0 Friction, offering traders zero fees across 380+ pairs, 24/7 support, and seamless copy trading. Hung also mentioned BTCC's expansion into traditional financial instruments like US stocks, gold, forex, and commodities, aiming to bridge the gap between crypto and traditional markets.
Hung clarified that BTCC's goal is not to become the largest exchange but to raise industry standards. "We want to build a platform that is more secure, more compliant, and genuinely connected to global markets," he added. BTCC is also a Platinum Sponsor of TOKEN2049 Singapore, inviting traders to visit their booth for interactive games and exclusive swag.
