BTSE Bhutan Gains Regulatory Approval for Virtual Asset Trading Services

BTSE Bhutan, a virtual asset service provider, has received a Financial Services License (FSL) from the Gelephu Financial Services Office (GFSO), the financial regulator of the Gelephu Mindfulness City Special Administrative Region.

The license authorizes BTSE Bhutan to operate a multilateral trading facility for exchanging virtual assets and provide institutional-grade custody services for safeguarding and storing virtual assets.

With this license in effect, BTSE Bhutan becomes a fully regulated venue for both trading and custody services within the GFSO framework.
