Bullish Extends $100M Stablecoin Facility for GPU-Secured Lending
Bullish, the crypto exchange operator that went public on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025, is expanding its relationship with USD.AI, an on-chain financing platform that lends against graphics processing units and other high-performance computing hardware.
The company is extending a $100 million stablecoin debt facility to USD.AI, which will use the capital to fund loans to AI infrastructure operators. The underlying GPU hardware will serve as collateral rather than the borrowers' broader corporate assets.
'Compute is becoming a credit market in its own right,' said David Choi, CEO of Permian Labs, USD.AI's developer.
